# 𝐂𝐫𝐞́𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝’𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

* <mark style="color:$danger;">**Nombre minimum de membres**</mark>
  * Une organisation doit compter <mark style="color:$danger;">**au minimum 4 membres actifs**</mark> pour être reconnue officiellement sur le serveur.
  * Un membre actif est défini comme un joueur participant régulièrement aux activités de l’organisation <mark style="color:$danger;">**(en jeu)**</mark>.
* **Désignation des rôles**
  * Chaque organisation doit avoir un <mark style="color:$danger;">**leader principal**</mark> (OG, Parrain ou Président selon le contexte) et <mark style="color:$danger;">**au moins un bras droit ou co-leader.**</mark>
  * <mark style="color:$danger;">Les rôles doivent être clairement identifiés et communiqués au staff lors de la création de l’organisation.</mark>
* **Enregistrement officiel**
  * Pour officialiser la création, l’organisation doit soumettre :
    * La liste complète des membres avec leurs rôles
    * Le nom et le logo (si applicable)
    * Une brève description de l’organisation et de ses activités prévues
* **Responsabilité du dirigeant**&#x20;
  * Le dirigeant est responsable de trouver en jeu la tablette d’organisation nécessaire à la gestion de son groupe.
  * Les organisations peuvent prendre possession des hoods disponibles. \
    Toutefois, si votre organisation n’est pas officielle, <mark style="background-color:$warning;">vous ne pourrez pas revendiquer de business illégal.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$danger;">**Maintenance des membres actifs**</mark>
  * Si le nombre de membres actifs descend en dessous de 4, l’organisation peut être mise en <mark style="color:$danger;">**suspension**</mark> jusqu’à ce que le minimum requis soit atteint.
  * <mark style="color:orange;">**Le staff se réserve le droit de**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:$danger;">**dissoudre**</mark>**&#x20;**<mark style="color:orange;">**toute organisation ne respectant pas ces critères.**</mark>\ <mark style="color:$danger;">**Une organisation inactive sera automatiquement retirée de la tablette après 5 jours d’inactivité.**</mark>
